All refund terms are determined and agreed upon on an individual project basis. Clients will be informed in writing of the applicable refund conditions at the time of project engagement or contract execution. Evergreen Solutions does not offer generalized or automatic refunds. All refund considerations, disputes, or requests shall be handled strictly on a case-by-case basis through direct communication with the client. Evergreen Solutions reserves the right to deny refunds for services rendered where project-specific refund terms have not been previously stipulated or where the service has been delivered in full.
